Ok, but I can't access the app anyways and trying to figure that out. I can't call sky so trying to figure it out on my own.

You don't need to call.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I spoke to the accessabilty team as I'm registered with them and they weren't aware of the issue affecting a lot of members

That is because that team don't look after app related issues so are you seeing a restricted message when signing into it and if so would you like the messaging team via here to contact you tomorrow about this ?
