My sky app not authorised

My sky app is saying not authorised. What do I have to do to get it working again please?

We have been told this problem is fixed now.

Just tried to access my account throught Myssky app and am getting the same. I have tried logging out and logging back in but cant log into my account throught the app.

Have raised to Sky to investigate in our Community Superusers closed forum area.

Same here but when I tried to log in it gave me a shut for maintainance

Same here but also yesterday slowly but surely all my channels as well as pause and record etc stopped working too.

Wonderful news. Any idea of how long. I'm not sure if could be linked to my apparently being cut off by Sky totally (TV side of things) in last 24 hours.

Sky app not authorised

Hello, I am getting sky app not authorised message when I try to log in on the sky app and when I go into vip section online it's saying whoops there's been an error. I need to update my address also. I have sky glass streaming box.

If you need to update your home address you won't be able to do that via the My Sky app as the sky services are linked to your home address. If you home address isn't correct and you have already moved  you need to phone sky.

 

If you are moving shortly you can use this online service: https://www.sky.com/moving-home

 

You can only update your email address bia the app.
