My included Paramount+ app is rejecting my sign on

tried logging into paramount+ online - it's asking for login credentials - when i enter these it rejects it. tried using the partner link, only shows AppleTV. 

 

What's occurring?

Decided to reset the password - set it to what was originally stored (in Chrome) and it was accepted! Immediately tried to access via the phone app and worked first time, no input required (i.e. using existing credentials) so all I can assume is the was some sort of systems **bleep** up at the back end.

That would imply you aren't using the correct email and password that you used when you setup your Paramount + account.

 

The best thing to do may be to request a password reset for your Paramount + account.

I have been a Paramount+ user for the past few years and haven't changed the account credentials. My subscription is the freebie as part of Sky Cinema which, according to my Sky service list, still exists.

 

There's no logical reason why, all of a sudden, my existing STORED credentials should be refused unless some external action has occurred.

 

Like I said, when I looked at the website, the only partner displayed was Applet TV, not Sky, so I am wondering whether Paramount+ and Sky have parted company...
