My Sky app stopped working after many, many years. Sky told me to uninstall it and download it again. That did not work. Sky is unable to help. Any tips?

Did you email apps@sky.uk ? or was you talking to the phone support?

I'm having the same issue. It simply doesn't seem to like my sky ID! I've tried removing and reinstalling the app (a few times!) that did nothing! Just can't get it working.
I also tried to contact someone on messenger- but I don't think they ever use that.....!
