Hi, yes. Its not letting me log in then getting stuck on the postcode page.
Very frustrating as i cant access my account or anything.

Hey there. I'm having the same issue too. I get to the "Enter your postcode" part of logging into the MySky app and once I've entered it and pressed continue, nothing happens. I've left it for around 15 minutes once and still nothing. Tried using my postcode with both a space between and without. Please help, this is very frustrating as I need to change some of the details for my work.

We cannot login to my Sky app and sky.Com as other users state at the postcode stage it won't go any further.

I'm still having this problem too. Have spoken with Sky technical teams 3 times at length throughout 2024 about this and still no solution. I have tried different browsers, different devices, and the postcode with and without a space. I can't access any of my rewards which is a little frustrating as I keep receiving emails telling me when I have new rewards available! There seem to be so many people who have this problem so why there isn't a solution yet.

Like several others unable to open sky app as it does not recognise my post code. No VIP rewards for over a year.
