MySky app. 10.6. 1 just released.  My iPads are still buffering.

I previously advised when 10.6.0 was released, it obtained 345 views and not a single like. This may be my last post.

Another update another failure still just buffering , so much for being VIP customer obviously just want our money and not bothered about customer service.

I have just loaded the new update for my iPad & checked no update for 'MySky' app & it is working! So it appears to be sorted now - thanks

Lucky you, peace of mind.
Like others still buffer buffer ......... (iPad 6th Generation,  iPadOS 17.7.10)
Could you advise as to your IPad OS version etc ?

Don't give up yet Sue, I'm still in contact with Sky Executive who claim that a solution is still being investigated.  However don't hold your breath while waiting.

I thought this problem was just me but I have been trying for nearly 3 months to get this app to work on iPad. As it worked on iPhone I have just constantly deleted app and reloaded. No joy just buffering.

MySky has just updated to 10.7.0

On my iPads it's worse, I can now not get past the log in procedure before it begins buffering.

I am also buffering on the 'Lets get you set up" screen, Continue with the buffering round and round we go!

This is now worse than before, lol

 

Sky send you emails about offers, they then send you emails about PRICE increases, then tell you they have made bug fixes and improvements ...... (Wrong; they have fixed nothing and certainly have not improved the customer experience)

 

This company does not have a clue, and that's being generous

Hi just tried my sky app today and it seems to be working again. Don't know what changed but hopefully all good now.

Could you please advise on your iPad OS version, Model Name and Model Number because;
using iPadOS 17.7.10 on a 6th generation MR7K2B/A still does not work for me, terying to use My Sky 10.7.0
