I have failed to get any clarification from sky .  The staff seem to struggle with understanding this issue. The My Sky app fails to load and I have rebooted, switched my VPN off & on & deleted and reinstalled the app many times. 
I suspect the worst and anticipate my hardware and operating systems simply is no longer compatible with Sky app.

the significance here of course is that the app is the only vehicle for me to view VIP offers and upgrades so I am completely stuck. My iPhone is 7 iOS 15.8.5 a nd my iPad is 16.7.12 both of which are as upto date as is possible.

The My Sky App requires iOS 15.4 or greater so you should be fine

I managed to speak with a senior manager from Sky Executive yesterday.  They are aware of the problem on iPads and technical are trying to fix but they don't tell their customers, so you will need to be patient.

However, you should be able to get the app to work on your iPhone with your current iOS 18 operating system by following the trouble shooting procedures.

Sky technical have just downloaded their latest MySky app 10:5:1

It's still buffering on my two iPads so another failure for me.  What about you?

Same old spinning wheel of death for me, so update has made no difference

I just checked and have the latest update - still buffering!  Works ok on android phone.

Same old story for me too. Absolutely no resolution from Sky and their lack of progress is woeful. I wonder if Sky truly understand that they have a VIP customer tranche with no access

I have the same problem. I have IOS 16 on my iPad and the MySky app won't open. As a new Sky customer trying to manage account and installation this is really annoying

Another my sky app update today but still not loading on iPad. Will sky ever sort this out. No good when trying check up on my account.

Sky's latest app update, 10:5:2 does not work on either of my two ipads, both are still buffering.  Sky introduced this fault onto ipads between August 2025 and update 10:4:2 

This is such a narrow timeframe it should be easy to fix, the fact it has not been fixed suggests that Sky technical are either incompetent or are NOT working on this issue.  Take your pick.

I continue to have the same problem as well

iOS version 17.7

I have tried deleting and rebooting the app, but it simply will not load any content

Just tried again and I don't even get as far as buffereing.  I just get a message to try again.
