Sky technical have all the information you say they require.  They are well aware of the problem, and I have an email that states there is a problem which they are working to fix. I even have emails from Sky Executive giving me £25 for all the trouble they are causing.

MySky App version 10.4.2

Date problem with buffering when trying to open MySky app was noticed on the morning of 17 November 2025

I contacted customer services regarding an  erroneous message on my online sky

account which stated "your contract has ended" and I have been moved to a monthly

rolling price ....     my Sky TV contract actually ends in February 2027 !

customer service advisor said he would raise a case for me regarding the renewal of my TV packages

 and the buffering error, but would take 2 weeks

I am still waiting for a response

My Sky App 

Ipad 6th generation.

Ios 17.7.10

My Sky app has stopped  working  - just buffering.

None of your suggested solutions helps.
