Have been trying to download the My Sky App to my IPhone from the App Store but after the initial start up it just sits there Queud on a Blank Screen ?

Have Restarted my phone, checked my Memory and nothing!

Sky Go works absolutely fine so don't know what the problem is?

any ideas?

What version of IOS are you are running and are you using private relay if so try disabling it ?
