If you have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

cannot log into my sky app anymore, it says account not authorised.
I can log in online still, any ideas how to fix? The sky app was more accessible for ne as I have disabilities

I have the same issue, but even worse. Despite reinstalling the app, it still sazys I'm not authorised to log in and on the website I can log in, but I cannot see the billing page, says it's restricted. Spend entire morning today with sky customer service, after 15 or so transfers the connection broke, but it was obvious that cuatomer service employees were complete time waste. Anyone in Sky who'd actually know how to sort this out???

Have not been able to use the Sky App for about 8 months. Sky have been no help. Cmon Sky sort this out

Same I'm still unauthorised to use the app apparently Sky need to sort it or I will take this to the highest level totally unacceptable as a sky customer for around 12 years

Iv been unauthorised for nearly a year sky are no help and don't even know how to fix it as a VIP member unable to access rewards so annoying I'm leaving sky next year at end of contract

Same, I spent nearly an hour on the phone to sky and they couldn't sort it. So still without access to any bills, vip etc. it's very frustrating

Hi Sky,
I've been having issues with the my sky app for about two months at least now and have made phone calls to support teams telling me to delete and reinstall the app. I have 14 years loyalty and cannot access my rewards section either on the app or through the website. I also am not authorised to view my bills. This is incredibly frustrating and nobody seems to be able to help... I can't face another phone call waiting twenty minutes on hold for an answer I already know won't help.
Please advise

Absolutely the same experience. I can't face another call. Once my contracts up I'm out
