Since resetting my password and choosing the option to log out on other devices I’m no longer able to use the My Sky app. It just displays a white screen. Tried deleting it and installing, and restarting the device. Get same thing on all devices, iPhone 10, 7 and iPad mini.

Yes, tried rebooting on all devices.
After re-installing the app it asks if I want notifications (tried replying both yes and no), then shows blank white screen. Closing app and starting agsin just shows white screen.

Have you also try a router reboot ?
