My Sky App Problems

Does anyone else suffer from the technical issue that doesn't allow you to use the sky app or MySky.com....this causing multiple issues and service failures at sky.  It is now 18 months on from my first technical issues, but still sky can't resolve this "known issue" come on sky- you are supposed to be a tech business, but you can't fix this?  I have been failed by you on my tv, my broadband, my wifi, my five mobile phones.  I'm tied into you because of all of this but you take advantage.  Now you are forcing me into an unagreed credit agreement which is a breach of FCA regulations.  I have written to you three times since Friday without response- to your sky priority team.  I've now raised a SAR- [content removed]  Please sort out your technical bugs, sort out your servic and sort out my issues!  I've written to your CEO now as it's beyond a joke

I don't wish to have a private chat.  I wish for your priority team to urgently contact me as they are threatening to impose a credit agreement without authorisation.

I have contacted the FSA and still the sky priority team has not contacted me

Still no help with my credit agreement!  Still no contact with Sky.  Still no response from the CEO despite me raising an SAR and copying in the FSA.  Still no one helping resolve the on going "known" tech issues that has taken 18 months of nothing! All I've had is DMs trying to silence me. And yes all of this is factual- no avqusations, and I can post all of my email comms if people want to dispute this
