My Sky App Not Linking My Mobile Account

I have managed to log into My Sky App but going onto the Mobile side of things it's asking for

name, postcode and bank account details.  

And then comes up technical error.

 

Will this be fixed shortly as I have been waiting to add data to my account since yesterday. Hasn't worked since the update!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am having trouble linking my account. I have a new phone and am unable to activate my sim.  I tried calling but everyone was in training and can't get any help.  Anyone know how to fix this

I'm having the same problem. Enter the details, and told they're incorrect so can't link my account.

I have been having this issue since i started the contract. tried again months later and still getting the same message. please can this be escalted to be resolved please.

Hello I am having same issue. Since I transferred to my new phone it won't link back to my mobile account. My son is away and I can't roll any data to him???

I am unable to link my new phone to my sky mobile account in my sky app...it keeps saying technical error then back to home page?
