Mobile information no longer linking to my app

Paid off my mobile phone contract and now all my mobile phone information has been removed from my app so I can't roll over data. Rang sky 3vtimes still not on my app.

Plus tried linking back with the link they've sent and it says it's already lined. But it doesn't show on my app

If you are signed in with the correct ID/email address then all you can do is to contact Sky for help with this, 150 is the number to call them on or you could use one of the social media links at the bottom of the page.
