Mobile account not linked on MySky

Hi

Hoping someone can help, my tv, broadband and mobile accounts where all linked on MySky account for a number of years.

Recently had a new phone and when logged in to the app on nee phone the mobile account is not shown, i follow instructions to link account and it states already linked but no information shown and unable ro view bill, roll data etc?

spoke to sky for 90 minutes and unsble to resolve?

It actually sounds like this new phone for whatever reason isn't on the same account that you other mobile or sim is on so that is your issue as the mobile account for this other sim/phone is already linked hence that message you are seeing when you try to link it.

Thank you Carsarome, the new phone is on the same account with sky, no chsnge to sim and was just a handset upgrade organised via the mysky app on my ild phone

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
