Trying to see Sky Messages and Contracts, in a Web browser and using My Sky app and in all cases they are just greyed out and no docs can be viewed ..

Update: I can now see my documents in the My Sky app but they are still all greyed out at sky.com on Android and Windows.

Update 2: as of today everything is working OK now.
