I have a new laptop and have been trying for 2 weeks to get McAfee internet security downloaded from the Sky.com site, but no joy. It appears there is some sort of problem with the site itself (coming back with Error 404).
I have followed the guides and troubleshooting guides on the Sky.com site, but the McAfee Download page they all direct me to just doesn't work.
I have tried this in multiple different browsers, and multiple different computers... so I am convinced the problem is not at my end.
Any ideas out there?
My free one-month subscription with my new laptop is now running out and I need McAfee to help me work from home.

I'm afraid your comment is wrong. I have the internet security and it is clearly indicated on my billing.

@SDR is correct. While your existing McAfee installation will continue as normal, it's not possible to download further instances. You could try contacting Sky to see if they can help, as you're an existing user.

Still advertising it all overt the account section in my.sky and telling people they can get it on the phone too.
Poor show sky.

I've had the same issue. I'm currently subscribing to McAfee through sky and need to download it to my new laptop.
Sky tells me to contact McAfee directly, which is not very helpful. As I am paying Sky for this service on a monthly basis, I expect Sky to sort this out.
Anyway, I did contact McAfee and they have been very helpful and gave me 30 days free cover and asked me to contact Sky to ask them to fix this issue.
I have now spoken with sky again!!! and they have now raised this with their techincal department and are expecting a response in up to 72 hours.

Bearing in mind the download site hasn't been available for months, I wouldn't hold your breath....

You're linking people to a page that hasn't worked in years.

To clarify, I didn't say the link was broken.
I said that the page (or "tool" if you prefer) hadn't worked for years.
