Locked out of Super 6

I am unable to answer my security question in order to follow procedure to unlock my Sky Super 6 Account. I am very frustrated and have been a Sky customer for over 18 years.  

I play Super 6 for fun and you have taken this away from me. I spend just under £100 a month in subscriptions. Please sort this arce out and make it user friendly asap
