Is sky bet commiting fraud?

Had bet on which included Newcastle v Arsenal , I cashed out when Arsenal went 1-0 up. Yes you read that correctly! That's because sky bet or whoever enters the scores put 1-0 and this was when Arsenal got a penalty which got overturned. In my haste I cashed out because I thought something better than nothing. The ball had not even gone into a net. Potential loss of return of over £1100 at time of writing this.

Is this fraud as this has saved them money or gained money with misleading and false information.

@tatathom  You've posted in the Sky TV, Broadband and Moble community, it has nothing to do with Sky Bet so we can't help you with your query.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
