I have no access to my sky rewards. Everytime i try and access them its coming up as an error?

What is the error and can you access the rest of the MySky app ok including your bill ?

It's just saying there is an error loading my rewards. Yes I can access everything else OK. Does anyone have an email address to contact sky?

There is no email address but if you would like we could ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via here, if you then you need to respond to the chat within 48 hours so let us know if you would like them to contact you about this via here ?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have been in direct contact with a sky employee but the issue has not been resolved
Issue not resolved via direct chat. Can another sky employee set up new chat to resolve query

@Anonymous This is the broadband board your issue is with Sky rewards from the looks of other posts. Have you asked on that thread for the issue to be re-eascalated?
