I have been restricted on Sky Sport +

For some time my wife and I have been watching Sky Sport + at the same time. My wife on an Ipad and me on an Android tablet.

We have been able to watch the same football match simultaneously. For no apparent reason we can now only watch on one device, the other device coming up with an error message saying that we have reached the maximum number of devices. Sky chat just takes me around in circles and waiting for an engineer to speak to !!!!! I may not have that many weeks left.

@Old_and_confuse  There seems to be a new policy of only one concurrent stream at anyone time

 

you aren't the first to report this and I doubt you'll be the last
