I cant access my sky vip

I have tried accessing my sky VIP for the last few weeks but cant . I have deleted the app, switched my phone off n on? I've only ever had 1 sky account and never had any other

 My bills are paid on time yet I cant access sky VIP

Its just stuck on the page where it says sky at the top and blank page
