Discussion topic: I cannot watch EFL extra matches on my laptop through Sky Sports App. What am I doing wrong please?

I have a Sky Sports Subscription. I have downloaded Sky Sports App to my Windows 11 laptop but cannot see how to watch the extra matches shown on Ch 412. Help please!

The odd red button game is shown on Channel 412 as the Leyton Orient match was at 13.00 today but other games require the Sky Sports app on a mobile device like a phone or tablet.

@Crasky1 It is only available for

mobile devices such as tablets and phones

it's not available on laptops or pcs
