I have a Sky app but can only access information about my TV, Broadband and talk but cannot access information about my mobiles

If you haven't already you need to link your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/link-a-sky-id-to-your-sky-mobile-account
