I can't get my sky app to load iphone 12 to see my bills etc just stopped working all I'm seeing is a spinning circle but doesn't ever load tired everything deleted app reinstalled it twice turned phone off back on deleted all stored memory reinstalled again still won't load anyone got any ideas please

Do you have private relay turned on, if so what happens when you turn it off ?
