Hi,
I am trying to register/book a VIP lounge via the app but when I hit the date and event I want it then takes me to to a screen where I have to confirm my details, I do that but it then states "Email address is already in use". Yep, I know it is as that is the email I have set up my Sky account with but I have never registered/booked for any VIP lounges. I am confused and going around in circles. Can anyone please help?

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Thanks for sorting this. Apparently there is an issue with using your existing registered email when inputting your details after choosing a lounge to book. You have to use an alternative email address instead. Who knew?
