I have updated my contact details, but am still receiving newsletter to old email address - how do I change this?

yes and changed both emails but still getting newsletter to old email

I've just managed to do this myself.
Go to your Sky Q box (assuming that's what you have), press the Home button and scroll down to the bottom and select My Sky. On the second line 'Manage my account', scroll across and select My Details, you'll get a blue screen with 3 boxes, the first of which is the email address which you can edit.
Goodness knows why this option is hidden away on the Sky box and not available via the Sky app or website...

Thanks Xorro2K found it ok but at the moment it will not confirm as Sky having techniccal difficulties but hopefully it will work eventually. Thanks for advice.
