Hi. The text commentary doesnt update on the Sky Bet app

Hi. The text commentary doesnt update on the Sky Bet app and is not displayed at all when on my bets. Also, notifications of goals doesn't work on the app either. Is this a known fault and can I fix it? Thanks

Sky Bet is nothing to do this Sky TV , they license the name
