Guns and roses tickets

Hi I won 2 tickets today for the 26th of June this year but when adding code it is being accepted but when going through to the payment it's asking me for full price . Done this about 50 times now can anyone help

For any VIP ticketing issues such as this Sky has an email address that you can contact them by - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)
