I am trying to remove Whole Home from my account, however the 'Manage Home Set Up' button is greyed out.
Sky call centre says they can't do it from their end and I have to do on App...
I'm 12 months into my contract, so u should have access.
Any help please.

Could this be the reason why in that you are still in the minimum contract term so you would be unable to remove it ?
