Failed to login to my sky app

 

 cannot log into my sky app. This seems to be since my broadband was upgraded? But is that coincidence? I've uninstall and installed app twice. Tried mobile data instead of WiFi. I can log in on a browser, bit cannot access sky via. Screenshot shows the error I get after filling in log in details.  I do not use a VPN.

@Geecee4 

Are you using a VPN or if you are using an iphone are you using the private relay function, if yes to either then try disabling whatever you are using.

Not using  VPN and I have Samsung phone, so android.  It worked fine last week!
