Was just sent a very long survey to rate my experience with Stream. Very comprehensive and I'd written quite a lot about reliability being my biggest concern. So I thought it was quite apt that getting to the 'submit survey results' page - the whole thing crashed with error message 'URL not available'. Doesn't seem any way of going back without starting the whole thing again. Definitely not doing that.

I just got sent a survey and spent time filling it in until it crashed. Won't be doing it again.

Same issue with Sky Glass survey. Tried twice a couple of months apart and same result. I've been trying to get a message to Sky that Sky Glass has issues ie auto turn off when option is Off, picture freeze etc yet no one is listening.

Have you tried posting on the Sky Glass forum?
It's highly unlikely that you would get a response on the issues if you raised them in the survey.
