I am getting the exact same issue, trying to access Sky Mobile and upgrade my mobile. If I am not logged in I can view Sky Mobile pages, but as soon as I log in it says there is a serious technical issue. Been like this for months. Even had similar issues trying to get Discovery + on my box, so in the end just bought it instead. Why is this happening?? It seems to be happening to many people.

An email from customer service recently, indicated they are aware of the issue and are working to fix it.
It did work for a short period last month as I was able to change my package etc. However, a recent fibre order which I cancelled is still showing on my account as live (that's why I emailed them).
They gave no indication as to what the issue is or when it will be fixed.

Been working on a fix for over a year now , it cannot be anything other than deliberate to get you to call them instead.

I get exactly the same issue with my account for basically every offer or link that comes my way. The most recent was a text that said
We are sorry you want to remove your Sky Cinema. To review your options, sign in with your Sky iD at sky.com/reviewoptions/Cinema
When I click in, I get this. Even when I log in or out.

i get the same message - been trying to upgrade my tv package for weeks. I've given up now, as soon as my broadband contract is up i'm doing one. and i'm offskies. Fed up of having to hold for ages for customers services and never getting through to a UK based one. I don't have 20-30 minutes of time to go through everything

I've been trying to upgrade my broadband to fibre for two weeks now but everytime I click the upgrade link I get redirected to https://www.sky.com/shop/choose/add-broadband/product-selection which loads a skeleton before redirecting me again to https://www.sky.com/shop/choose/error .
The JS console contains the following error:

No repsonse to this from anyone at sky? I still have the same issue and at this point if it won't be fixed I'll have to move provider.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@personatron it's unlikely you'll get a response here from Sky, as this is primarily a forum for customers to help each other. But by all means give Sky a call and they'll be happy to help.

I complained to Sky by email about this last week. I received quite a detailed responce and apology.
One part of the email suggested Sky's account page can't handle multiple accounts being linked together (e.g. a mobile and TV account under one email address). They also said they're working to fix the issue, but like many here, I've been experiencing this for 18 months so take this with a pinch of salt.

I have the same problem and called them so many times, basically they are too thick and stupid and can't be bothered to help. They have an account setup for the TV and broadband an account for my phone sim which is also on the tv/broadband making this one dead AND an old account from 2014. Even though they have told me everytime that the 'back office' team will sort this out...sadly nothing has changed. The website and app is totally useless to their customers a bit like their helpdesk.
