Disappearing BBC channels on TV guide

Now that Sky Go is showing BBC channels on its TV guide, when can we expect the same problem on sky.com/tv-guide to be sorted?

The problem started at the same time as on Sky Go and it's now Jan 18th!

Have you looked at 801 and 802 for the BBC channels ?

When the BBC switched off SD on 8th January, the Sky TV Guide, https://www.sky.com/tv-guide/20240118/4101-1 ceased to display BBC1, BBC2, BBC3 & BBC4 programme guides on Channels 101, 102, 115 & 116 respectively. I cannot believe Sky haven't fixed this 10 days on.

I can understand SkyGo and the BBC although it provides a good EPG even if you can't send a command to the Sky Q box to record in advance.

It's high time Sky fixed this. It's not as if their Tech Teams didn't know it was happening.

The BBC HD channels are there from 801 onwards.

My Sky Q Remote won't allow you to select a channel although I admit the EPG shows BBC1, 2 & 4 listings.

All Sky have to do is move them over from the 800s to the 100s.

I could go down 53 pages to the 800 channels for BBC. ...

Or I could just use Radio Times ! Not as good for the Sky channels but BBC is right there !
