Cookie Agreement

Every time that I log in to my Sky account a notice appears about my cookie preferences. I have selected my preferences and saved my choice but it still appears. How do I stop this notification from appearing on my screen?

Welcome to the forum! Just so you know, we're mainly customers here.

I remember seeing a post from one other Sky website user who was having a similar problem. I don't remember a solution being posted.

You could try closing all Sky websites and clearing your browser cache. Naturally when ypu next login you'll have to go through the cookie selection again, but it might then stick.

Have you geot your web browser to delete cookies on exit as t might be that your browser isn't saving the cookie hence the reason you might see this each time.

@Bitwist Hi there. Sorry that is annoyingly happening. It normally only happens if browsing incognito or private (Chrome or Safari) or if cookie setttings have been set like in Safari you can check a box to block all cookies nd I assume there is something similar in Chrome?
