Competitions

You keep sending me emails about entering competitions but when I log onto the my sky app there is no mention of this.  How do I find them.

The competitions are in the VIP section of the MySky app.

Are you only able to access VIP offers and competetions via the cell phone? If so, it is a little unfair for us older folk who don't use a cell phone much. It is too small to see and navigate. Is there not an option to use the computer for these?

You have to use the My Sky phone app in order to be able to claim rewards or enter competitions under Sky VIP.

They are there for me @RichardLowe1 under unmissible prizes.

Yes. I can see that you need the phone app to access these VIP offers. For us more mature folk, only being able to access them on the phone is a little unfair. Firstly, we don't have the best eye sight and trying to see things on tiny phones is difficult. Secondly, we don't all have such fancy phones (not compliant any more and too expensive to replace). We are paying the same fees as everyone else but then not able to benefit from the rewards unless we can get someone else to do it for us.
