Cant watch apps.

A message keeps coming up when I try to select Netflix,paramount plus or Disney plus.message reads"sorry,because of a technical issue,your currently experiencing a limited service.Please be assured that were working hard to fix the problem.Its been like this for the last 3days at least,also appears to be effecting my wifes iPhone 11 too.So how long do we have to wait?were being charged for a service we can't use. Can sky offer assurance as to what it intends to do to fix this? Regards. Terry.

What device is this happening on ?
