Cant click on sky vip rewards

Hoping someone can help, when I click on some of the vip rewards nothing happens, my app is up to date, I've tried reinstall, and rebooting my device. Still had no luck.

Try emailing the apps team, let them know what device you are using and the model number - apps@sky.uk
