Cannot access the mySky app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I am trying to log into the mySky app and I keep getting a message saying my account is not authorised to access the app.

Hi @DannyNewman  try deleting the app then restart your phone and reinstall it.

Are you using a VPN on your iphone, if so try disabling it.
