HI,
I have been a sky customer for numerous years and always had access to the My Sky app and also the VIP section of this, now when i try to access this I get a message saying that I cant joint Sky VIP right now and it could be because:
* I'm new to sky and my services aren't set up yet - I have been a customer for over 15 years
* Sky VIP isnt available with my package - My package has not changed for me now to not have access
* I'm in a 31 day cancellation perion - I've not cancelled anything
* My services are suspended due to a billing issue - All bills paid and up to date.
Due to this i am unable to access any of the benefits associated with the Sky App like the Vue Cinema tickets.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
