I have downloaded the iOS version of the MySky app, and tried to log in, but keep receiving "Failed to login, please try again".
I have reset my password, and am able to login to through the web browser, but still unable to on the mobile app.
i have uninstalled and re-installed with no change. I am using the same username that I use on the web browser.

It has been resolved. I guess that the system had some latency. Thanks though.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
