Can’t sign into my Sky App says account not authorised

As above, for some reason I was signed out of my Sky app and now when I try to sign in it says my account is not authorised. I've been a Sky customer for 5 years so no idea why this is happening!

If you are using a VPN try disabling it.

I just noticed you said you tried disabling the VPN so is it actually turned off, if it is try rebooting the device the app is installed on.

I'm having the same problem had white screen and doing nothing so deleted and reinstalled app changed password now getting not authorised whats next we years customer

Are you using a VPN or if you are using an iphone or iPad are you using the private relay feature, if the answer is yes to either then disable it.

Not i phone only Android have checked vpn settings they are not on
