Hi all I'm new to sky, I have been signed out of my app and I can't seam to log back in on the app or website, I put email and password in and it goes to postcode and doesn't do anything, I have tried resetting password etc and nothing is working.
please say someone knows how to resolve this issue.

Yeah I have entered it and it doesn't do anything won't load I just press continue and it doesn't do a thing I have tried 100 times on website and app it's so frustrating.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
