Can’t add Netflix to mobile phone

I pay for Netflix through sky. And I'm unable to add to my mobile phone. As it seemed that my Netflix has been set up with a different email then the one with sky. I can log out on my tv and it gives me an option to log back in with sky. 

please advise

Sky are only responsible for the billing. Signing in sends a signal to netflix to tell them to stop billing you. All credential management is the responsibility of netflix.

You can check the email address used by opening netflix on your sky device > go to profile icon > get help > member.

 

 If you have forgotten the password for this you will need to reset it via Netflix: https://www.netflix.com/gb/LoginHelp

 

If the wrong netflix account has been linked to your Sky account as per the sky article you need to contact netflix and ask them to unlink it.
