yes same for me, never seen this before and got sky cinema so no reason why the codes that i downloaded to by used by next Monday are not appearing.

It was fixed back in June so can you not find the tickets or is it not loading when you do finjd it ?

Hi thanks for the quick response.  The option to actually obtain the tickets is not on either the MySky app or vip section on the website.

When in the VIP section if you scroll right to thye bottom to the "More from Sky" selection and scroll to the left do you now see it ?
