Can’t access mobile account via My Sky app

I tried to access my mobile phone account via the my Sky app and there's nothing there.  I've selected 'link an existing account' and entered my details and it tells me that my account is already linked. 

it's never been a problem before and I've always accessed it via the 'mobile' section of the my Sky app.  

I have some messages about my mobile account within the app telling me my data limit has been reached, etc but when I select these messages I get an error saying they can't be displayed at the moment.

You will need to speak to Sky about this by either calling them on 150 or via one of the social media links at the bottom of the page as it might be a login issue.
