Can't access football highlights

I'm watching the live game on the sky sports mobile app (android), but when I click on the highlights it tells me "Authentication required. Due to changes made to your account, we require you to log in again".

I've made no changes to my account. I've logged out and back in four times now, and it still gives me the same error. This has been a problem for several weeks. 

 

What's going on? If I can watch the live game I should be able to watch the highlights in the timeline.

There has been an update to app recently which I believe will means some of us have to login again, however I have no idea why you are stuck in this loop so have you trued deleting then installing the app again to see if it then works for you ?
