Can't access Netflix on mobile or IPad.

Although, Netflix is working fine on my TV, I can't access on my Ipad or mobile. When I log into Netflix it is asking to subscribe again and not linking Netflix to my Sky Account. I have tried resetting apps and passwords with no joy. Now Netflix are asking for my Sky service code? I order to assist. Any help would be appreciated. 🤞

I think that is where you are going wrong @Smithers41 as you need to use your Netflix account details so the same that you use to login to the app on your TV this is because Sky only does the billing as anything acciunt related is via Netflix.

Are you using the Netflix account details to login to the app with and not your Sky ID and password ?

I am using my Email & the password that I use to access my Sky app.
