Can't access Netflix on mobile or IPad.

Although, Netflix is working fine on my TV, I can't access on my Ipad or mobile. When I log into Netflix it is asking to subscribe again and not linking Netflix to my Sky Account. I have tried resetting apps and passwords with no joy. Now Netflix are asking for my Sky service code? I order to assist. Any help would be appreciated. 🤞

I think that is where you are going wrong @Smithers41 as you need to use your Netflix account details so the same that you use to login to the app on your TV this is because Sky only does the billing as anything acciunt related is via Netflix.

Are you using the Netflix account details to login to the app with and not your Sky ID and password ?

I am using my Email & the password that I use to access my Sky app.

I have the same issue ....... netflix still works via sky glass but suddenly stopped working via browser and they have no record of my email that has been working fine until recently. Followed a link via chat help to a sky.com page to get a code but this just said sky had a technical issue.

 

 The sky help bot was totally useless as usual.

You will need to contact Netflix about this as Sky only does the billing if you have it via them as everything and anything else goes via Netflix themselves.

The issue is Netflix pointed me to sky.com  to get a service code they could check ...... which has a technical error. Looks like ping pong between them 🙄
