Can only access Sky Community site using Private/Incognito mode.

Hello All,

My broadband provide is Sky, and I'm using their Hub (SR203).

Regardless of browser - and repeated on to differnet Laptops, if I try to access this forum I get a HTTP ERROR 400 return.   For example, this screenshot shows how Edge responds:

I've tried clearing the cache etc.   The only solution I can find is to use the browser In Private/Incognito mode and then this Sky Community site can be successfully accessed.

Any thoughts please?

The fact that you can access it in privacy/incognito mode suggests there's still a cache/cookies issue. When you empty the cache, make sure you have no sky.com websites open.
